It might be the following: Trojan.killVA has struck my PC causing the same effect. 'Control Panel' from the Start Tab is missing and a message box to contact my administrator also appears, is this a virus message?. I have scanned and removed many times with 'Norton' but another message appears telling me to down load anti-spy ware. I have just downloaded and run the Microsoft Windows XP spyware from their site and it tells me that the PC is clean. Anyone help?
