Call Dish Network. Your Dish receiver may need to be replaced. You may also want to try to leave it unplugged overnight. When you plug it back in, your receiver will re-boot which takes a few minutes.
It could be a blown fuse. Tail lights and brake/turn are on separate fuses. Apparently there is not a ground problem since brake/turn works OK.
If the turn signals on a car works but the hazard lights do not there may be a problem with the flasher switch. The flasher is located in the steering column, and a damaged unit can cause the lights to stop working.
I just found a remote code for my TCL L40FHDM11 tv: 651. It works, but I still have to use the remote that came with the tv to turn it on & off and for volume.
Check the fuses for your brakes.

To program your DISH Network remote to your Orion TV you will simply- press and hold the TV Mode button on your DISH Network remote, until all the other mode button back lights illuminate, then release. -Now while the TV mode button is blinking enter in the remote code; 720 which is the remote code for your Orion TV. After entering 720, then press the pound (#) key. -After pressing the # key on the DISH Network remote, the TV mode button should blink 3 times and then turn off completely. This will mean the programming of the DISH remote to your TV has been completed successfully. While still in TV mode try any of the functions on the remote, such as turning the volume up or down on your TV or attempting to press the power button. -The DISH Network remote should now be programmed to control your TV. -If the remote code 720 doesn't program the DISH Network remote successfully you can also try the following using the same procedures, 220, 748, 721, or 062.
On your light switch there is a dimmer for the dash lights . if you turn it all the way to the left your interior lights should come on , turn it to the left and see if that works otherwise it might be a door switch .
