There isn't much to do if a cat has a cold nose and ears. That is a pretty normal thing for a cat. When a cats nose is warm and the ears are warm, that can indicate a fever.

∙ 14y agoIt could be a sign that the cat has a respiratory infection, and you may not be able to treat it yourself. A good veterenarian can tell you what it is and prescribe medication if necessary.
