∙ 13y agoThe monitor is set to accept an input from a DVI cable and you do not have a DVI cable installed. If you are using a different type of VGA cable, like a 15 pin VGA or an HDMI cable, you need to change the input type on the monitor. This is done through the monitor's OSD controls.
