Keep calling them and continue to hound them until they pay. If the coverage says 50%, then hold them to it. Threaten to report them to the insurance board and Attorney General if they don't give you what you are paying for. You pay a monthly premium to get their service, it is time for them to pay up. Don't back down and keep at them. I've never lost a battle, you won't either until you give up.
