NO it definitely not safe. You can only breed cavaliers at a minimum age of 2.5 years but that only BOTH parents are clear of health problems at age 5.
My cavalier King Charles puppy is 8 months old and just had her first season. Her nipples are quite large....is this normal? We have made sure no male dogs have been near her, so she can't be pregnant. Thanks
