your clutch is not disingauging all the way. could be just an adjustment or you have a leak and lost your foluid,( bropley slave cyl. check reservor for clutch next to brake master cyl under the hood. if it is empty this will cause your problem. like I say probley slave cyl.Dont try to force it into gear you can bend forks and or damange other trans parts.
