If you are on o2 then you can try this website it really works all you have to do is enter your mobile number and it gives you a puk code for your sim. There is a table for all providors and use it to check if your sim is activated. Do not try to enter ran
dom puk codes as this might cause your sim to selfdestruct then you will have to buy a new sim.

It is an offcial o2 page so do not worry it is not going to do anything with your number. it is my recommondation the same thing happened to me and i used this site.
I hope it is of help to anyone out there, this situation can be annoying.
The back-end system of a SIM card is likely to begin in a GSM network system. On one end their is an operator manned back-end system, and at the other is the SIM card.
No you cannot. AT&T uses a GSM network and Boost uses iDEN and the two are not even remotely compatible. The Boost SIM card can be used for international roaming but it will not work with GSM networks in the US. It will not work either way, a Boost SIM will not work in a GSM device and a GSM SIM will not work in a Boost device.
Try checking underneath the battery. It may have one. However if you have Verizon then chances are you won't have a sim card on this particular phone.
buy a new Sim card or consult a local mobile phone store
No
Sim card
If the device is saying PIN blocked and is not asking for a PUK code then you will have to purchase a new SIM card. If it is asking for the PUK code then contact your service provider and they can get it fixed for you.
The puk code is given with the sim card. If not then the phone dealer will have it on their records.
A PUK code does not come with a phone, it is a code to unlock your SIM card if you forgot your PIN.
You need to call your carier and find the code if you get the puk or puc code after ten tries it destroys your sim card and it cant be reused
if you write your Sim card code or PUK code incorrectly many times your whole Sim card is blocked!! i suggest you should get new Sim card instead.
Stop messing with it immediately. Only your service provider can provide you with your PUK. It is not on your box and it is not on the card that the SIM card was punched out of. The PUK is unique to each SIM card so nobody on here can give you one (well, I guess they can but it will not work) and if you put in an incorrect code 10 times you will "fry" the SIM card and will have to purchase a new one for around $25.00-$30.00. Call your service provider and explain that your phone is asking for the PUK and they will give it to you and will walk you through putting it in and getting your phone working again. I do know that AT&T also allows you to get your PUK on their website but I do not know if others do that or not

Each PUK code is unique to it's SIM card. Not the phone itself or the service provider. If your a registered member on their site, you can log in and get your PUK code from there. It should be on the top row saying "unlock my SIM card". Make sure your phone is on first. If you can't, call their costumer service. NOTE: Don't incorrectly enter your PUK code for more than 10 times or you'll have to buy a new SIM card.
Type in the PUK code. Are you talking about a SIM-Card pin or something else?
A PUK code is something that pops up once you have enter the wrong PIN number 3 times. The code can be found on the back of the SIM card or you can call you customer care number and they'll tell you. Careful not to put in a wrong PUK code more than 10 times or you'll have to get a new SIM card.
