Spouses and dependents don't get military ID cards - they get a dependent ID. If your wife is in the country illegally, she won't be able to get one, and you'll need to get her status legalised before she can. I'm not qualified to give any sort of legal council here, so I can't tell you how to go about doing that, but, if you want to try getting the ball rolling on making her status legal, the person I would recommend you talk to first isn't going to be someone from JAG - it's going to be a chaplain. That's the person I would talk to, first and foremost about the matter if I were in your shoes.
You do not. Obtaining or possessing an illegal federal ID is a crime. The only legal means of obtaining a military ID without serving in the military would be to become a military dependent.
No. You will need a Federal Tax ID.
Yes they can. You will need to show resident card at DMV though.
You cannot file a civil lawsuit unless you can show that you yourself suffered large dollar damages. What dollars did it cost you for an illegal to be hired? Remember, it is not illegal to hire an illegal alien. It is illegal to KNOWINGLY do so. 90% of illegals commit identity fraud, offering fake docs to get a job. The employer has no duty to confirm ID ... only to see the ID and keep a photocopy.
No you wont get disqualified from the military, im an illegal myself married a man in the Air force dont have any documents but they will work with you so your spouse will be able to get her military id. im in the process of getting my military id. so dont worry everything is fine.
please can you be more sensible with your questions. and for starters you wouldn't get in the military because of immigration and you would also have to show your ID to prove you where from that country and if you where from another county your visa saying your aloud in that county. plus you still wouldn't get in that countries military, can you imagine a Japanese person being in the USA military firing on japan??? also how would you get the alien permanent residency without area 51 talking them ???
Yes. You only loss your citizenship if found guilty of treason.
means that the ID card is for a dependent of a service member i.e, Wife, Husband, Daughter, Son...
Only if they ask for it. If they ask for proof of age and you can't produce it, they will probably ask you to leave.
Go to your country's embassy or consulate and get an ID. For Mexicans it's called "Matricula Consular." If you want an USA ID, try to find a state that does not require a Social Security Number nor proof of legal status. I heard that the state of Washington is one of them, but you better make sure first.
Be old enough, not be a convicted criminal, druggy, illegal alien, have two forms of ID and the money to pay for a gun. Go see a gun dealer.
Military Identification. In the US military ID consists of both the pertinent military ID card, and the service member's dog tags.
