Mentoring Program

The Mentoring Program focuses on providing a worthwhile learning experience, whether you are a newly-appointed Supervisor or a veteran who wants a review. The program serves as an extra level of 'Supervisor training' that, while encouraged, is not mandatory. Becoming a Mentor is also a great way to pursue a more active role on WikiAnswers.

Willing participants, called Protégés, are paired with Mentors, or knowledgeable, experienced Supervisors. Mentors act as guides for their Protégés while coaching them on effective use of their Super Powers. It's a no-pressure environment where Protégés learn at their own pace while receiving solid support from their peers.

To be paired with a Mentor

Although it is not a requirement, teaming up with a Mentor is the best way to learn the ins and outs of Supervising and to receive help when you need it. Our graduates can attest to that!

  • Contact us at MentoringProgram @ WikiAnswers.com (remove spaces) to request a Mentor.
  • Request a specific Mentor: If you would like a specific Mentor to mentor you, send an email to MentoringProgram @ WikiAnswers.com (remove spaces). Every effort will be made to pair you with that Mentor.
