I don't think so cause supposively she was in a rush to get back home and she didn't realize she had that much stuff with her and I think the pilot had something to do with her death also so her death could have been prevented if she wasn't in a rush and if he was thinking

This was part of a rumor that was made up along the time people started saying that Aaliyah had married her then-producer; singer, R Kelly.
In the Rock The Boat videos and the other two before that, she was perfectly slim, small, trimmed stomach and waist. No apparent signs that she was pregnant.
