I was born January 1974 in Newton, Mass and shortly thereafter - September 11, 1976 - was brought to Israel on "Aliya" (emigration) by my parents. I grew up in Kiryat Ono (where I live to this day), graduated from the AMIT Technology High School and joined the Nachal's anti-tank platoon upon my IDF induction in 1992. About 2 years later, I transferred to an Intelligence unit and spent a fascinating year as a weapons & munitions analyst. After that, enjoyed 4 years at Bar-Ilan University earning my law degree and an MBA (finance). Best thing that happened during this time: met Aviya, today my wife. I then spent 2.5 years with an excellent Tel Aviv law firm, learning the ins-and-outs of corporate transactions in high-tech and other industries, followed by 2.5 years in NYC working for a much bigger firm, doing much of the same. Three best things that happened to me this decade: Uriel Chill's birth in NY on 04.04.04, an astounding 5-month trip to Australia-New Zealand in 2001-2002, and the birth of Liya, our wonderful daughter, on 07-07-07 (NOT! that would have been TOO perfect...it was 07-10-07 :). Looking forward to: more time with the family, more children and more trips to beautiful distant corners of the earth.
