a long time ago i heard it contained too much unsaturated(?) oils.

maybe that's why it tasted so good. bad for you but tastes great!

i think you mean Confection. and no it isn't, confections are desert style foods, usually made out of non desert ingredients. a Jewish confection called Koogle is a round half sphere cake with a hole in the middle, made of sweet macaroni noodles and raisins.
