Audie Murphy

Audie Murphy was an American soldier, who received every military combat award for valor from the United States during World War II. Murphy is most well-known for his bravery at the Colmar Pocket in France, where he single-handedly held off German soldiers before launching a counterattack, earning him the Medal of Honor.
