Active duty military is definantly getting a stimulus check this year. Civilians should get one also.

∙ 10y agoThe United States government did not send out any stimulus checks in the year 2012. It is not anticipated that any stimulus checks will be sent out in the year 2013.

Nothing is available at this time for the year 2010. The checks that were received in the year 2009 were called Economic Recovery Payment check. The economic stimulus check was received in the year 2008.
