I think it means "tomorrow." in Spanish. ^^ It does mean "tomorrow" in it's proper sense, but as with all languages words and their meanings get distorted and you do hear "manana" being used in the sort of situation where it sounds like "relax." That's because if someone is getting really worried about something, a friend will often say to them "Manana" literally saying "tomorrow", meaning "worry about it tomorrow" So "manana" can be used to mean relax even though traditionally, it doesn't.
