By improving nutrition labels it allows people to mre aware of what they are eating and how bad there food could actually be, especially if they think it is healthy. Most people are really surprised a what is actually in hteir food when they find out.

RED -if there is a lot of a nutrient
YELLOW - if there is a moderate amount of a nutrient
GREEN- in the food is low in a nutrient
