You really can't. There's no drink or substance that will remove it from your system. Water could speed the process up a little, but the only way to really clean your system is to wait for your body to clean itself.

There are so-called "detox" drinks that can mask the presence of drugs in your system. But they are not known to be very reliable (and they are also illegal if used for the purpose of fooling a drug test). Some, like Herbal Clean, are only for marijuana. The marijuana ones seem like they may have a higher success rate, but the ones for other drugs, I'm not so sure.

Meth, like most drugs -- with the notable exception of marijuana -- is out of your system in just a few days, anyway. In three to five days you should be clean, unless you are a very heavy, long-term user, in which case it could possibly take a week. So if you have a few days before the test, just stop using. If possible, make up some excuse and postpone the test for a few days.

****THERE IS ANOTHER WAY**** Take Pure Baking Soda Mix 2 Tablespoons With 2 quarts of water or a 2 liter will work you will have diarrhea after you drink the water mixed with baking soda about 40 minutes later and the diarrhea will last for about an hour but after that your good to go. The method to this is if you ever know anything about chemistry is that baking soda neutralizes the acids that's in the methamphetamine. I have to drop twice a month works for me every time.
