iMovie has that effect on it. Unfortunatly you have to have Macintosh Computer to be able to have access to iMovie. Also iMovie HD 6 is the latest version with squeeky sound effect. iMovie 7 and 8 to not have the plugin. So right now if you have Windows and you want to switch to Macintosh for the program, you won't get the iMovie with the squeeky voice. If you have the right thing right now great! Directions: Get your video clip down to the editing area. Then click on the clip once. The clip should turn blue. Then go to "Editing", and then click on "Audio FX". Then click on "Pitch Changer". After that you will be able figure it out. Also, another suggestion is to try a free trial of Vegas pro 8.0. You don't need a mac to use this software. All you need to do is when you put your arrow at the end of a clip (after you drop and drag it to the time line)this box will appear when this box appears click and hold the Ctrl button on your keyboard. Then if you did it correctly, you should see a curvy line underneath the box. When you see this line drag the box while still holding down Ctrl, to make the video shorter or longer which will also make slow motion effects, not only that but it will change the pitch of your voice, and viola you have it. Another thing you can do is take the video (you need to have Any Video Converter) and convert it into mp3, then you take (you also need Audacity too) it and drag it into the window and then you make the pitch higher by going to Effect, then choosing Change Pitch..., you can go higher or lower in pitch. The best would be from G to F#.
