You have to have the open for business expansion pack, but if you do then go to a community lot and buy one from the technology vending machines.
You can also press cntrl+shift+c, type 'boolprop testingcheatsenabled true' in the window and hit enter. then exit that menu by typing exit and then shift+click on your character and select 'give cell phone'

∙ 15y agoHi. I think "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true" has an option to give sims cell phones but I don't think it works. ????? Oh well. A lot of the options in this cheat work like crap.

∙ 14y agoWell, after you've brought one, click on your Sim and i think there's an option that says "Call...." then you can ring people and things on that.
