Drink plenty of water. I mean plenty. Drink so much that you urine has "0" color. No color indicates no specific gravity or a very low level. Worst case senerio is that your test would be considered " diluted ", but not altered. Meaning the person drinks has consumed to much water to have an acurate test conclusion for that time.

∙ 15y agoGet someone else's urine and put it in a small plastic container that is spill proof. Get 2 hand warmers, the one's you shake and they warm up, and rubber band it on each side. Then slide the bottle into your ground area while wearing baggy pants or long underwear, securing it so it doesn't move....
