If you did nothing wrong and they broke up with you then get back out there and start dating and don't let them know that you are moping around for them. ∙ 13y agoDepending on what you did to lose those feelings that you both once had, depends on how your going to get them backk. If it was cheating, they probably distance themselves for awhile to see what the cheaters next move is, it protects the victims dignity and personality. The person doing to cheating often doesn't see the pain that they have caused until years later. By that time, the victim doesn't care anymore because they knew they were the better person for leaving, and let's the cheater learn about life on their own.
