there are no images, pictures or drawings of the prophet peace be upon him or anything like that ... actually drawing living creatures isn't a good thing in Islam ... however there is a detailed describtion of his looks and appearance (peace be upon him) written by his companions .... i have read some of it in Arabic but i don't know if u can find it in English

Allah describes himself in the Qur'an, so as to provide a fitting image of Who and how great He is. By doing so, He also allows us to see how we are all indebted to Allah, and how there is no other other of praise other than He.
The stronger prohibition on Mohammed's face than any other form of facial representation (such as photographs or movies) is to prevent the development of a cult of deification of Mohammed.
