Considering that three out of the four siblings need them, it is very likely that the fourth one may need it also. I don't have an actual statistic, but that is what I have concluded. Really, the only to be sure is to go the dentist when you notice a problem when they grow in. It probably is just bad genetics and they inherited it through heredity. I am not implying that you have the same problem either, or your spouse, but it is possible. It is unfortunate, but luckily it can be corrected in this day and age.
