The Supreme Court of Connecticut seats a total of seven justices - one Chief and six Associates - who are nominated by the Governor from a list compiled by the Judicial Selection Committee, and appointed by the State General Assembly. But appeals courts can be over ruled by three things a presidential pardon, State Supreme Court, Circuit Court and the Supreme Court of the United States located in Washington DC. This freequently happened in Pakistan history. It happened in case of Nawaz Sharif, Parvez Musharraf, Benazir Bhutto..............where supreme court had to poke its nose. This happens in a country, where there is no RULE of Jusice. Pakistan is in the top list of most corrupted countries.
