Answer
Yes he was. The political right is popularly associated with the following principles. Principals that they share with the Nazi Party. These include:
  • Individualism over collectivism.
  • Racism or racial segregation over racial tolerance.
  • Eugenics over freedom of reproduction.
  • Merit over equality.
  • Competition over cooperation.
  • Power politics and militarism over pacifism.
  • One-person rule or self-rule over democracy.
  • Capitalism over Marxism.
  • Realism over idealism.
  • Nationalism over internationalism.
  • Exclusiveness over inclusiveness.
  • Meat-eating over vegetarianism.
  • Gun ownership over gun control
  • Common sense over theory or science.
  • Pragmatism over principle.
  • Religion over secularism.

___

There are problems with some of the pairs in this list. Some relate specifically to modern American politics and are misleading, for example, 'gun ownership' and 'gun control'. Some others have nothing to do with conservatism and liberalism or socialism ...

____

Alot of these you put up are wrong especially gun ownership??? LOL. Hitler and his officers were the only ones with guns. Did they want or allow the rest or the people (world) to have or use weapons? No, they took all their rights away. Because they knew if the rest of the world had guns or weapons they could protest against and do something about Hitler. Liberalism is about radical change and more government power and less civilian rights. It's about taking away peoples freedom.
