The moon jellyfish have several adaptations which help them survive. First, their transparent body makes them less visible to predators. Secondly, their tentacles sting would be predators. Additionally the medusa part of their body can shrink in size when food is scarce and grow when itâ??s plenty. Lastly, their radial symmetry permits finding food in any direction.
