A urinary tract infection (UTI) occurs anywhere in the urinary tract between the urethra (the outlet "pipe") and either or both of the kidneys. If it's confined to the urethra it's called urethritis. If it's in the bladder it's cystitis. If it travels up the ureter to the kidney it can develop into pyelonephritis, which is inflammation of the upper urinary tract. Acute pyelonephritis usually results from bladder infection (cystitis). It is usually treated with antibiotics and painkillers. Untreated and repeated UTIs may result in chronic pyelonephritis, which can eventually cause permanent kidney damage. A bad urinary tract infection left for over a year would undoubtedly cause some damage, if not to the kidneys then to the bladder. At the very least you would need to keep the urinary tract flushed out with copious amounts of non-caffeinated liquid.
I don't know if they go away on their own or not... but taking Azo(can be found at any drug store, Wal Mart) & drinking lots of cranberry juice can help with the pain. Also sitting in a hot bath can help alleviate some lower Back pain associated with UTIs.
Bad things. See a doctor. Seriously.
i dont think so because they are two different parts of the vagina.
Wiping from back to front after a bowel movement is one common cause of a bladder infection. Also, holding in your urine and unprotected sexual intercourse are other common causes of a bladder infection.
yes. in large amounts. you can become addicted my therapist told me. also, dont insert through urinary tract
dont know about it
Bladder infection for one !!if it hurts to go pee, you really should go to a doctor to get it checked out it could be a major thing or it could be that it is dirty down there but still GO TO A DOCTOR BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY BECAUSE IT COULD BE A STD. GO TO A DOCTOR.Yes. Disuria (burning when you urinate) is a classic symptom of gonorrhea. You and your partner(s) need to seek treatment immediately. Do not have sex again until both you and your partner have been treated. Treatment will cure gonorrhea but will not confer any immunity. Unlike chicken pox, you can get gonorrhea as many times as you come into contact with it so it is extremely important that all partners be treated before resuming sexual relations. Can you get this even if you wore a condom? I was only unpotected with oral sex. Can I have been affected that way?
Yes, you should consult a doctor about the blood in your urine. Hematuria means blood in the urine. Microscopic hematuria means that the blood is seen only when the urine is examined under a microscope. Gross hematuria means that there is enough blood in the urine to be seen without a microscope. Hematuria is a sign that something is causing bleeding in the urinary tract. The urinary tract includes the kidneys, the ureters (tubes that carry urine from the kidneys to the bladder), the bladder, and the urethra (tube that carries urine from the bladder out of the body). Some common causes of blood in the urine are: urinary tract (bladder) infection strenuous exercise kidney disease a stone in your bladder or in a kidney an inherited disease such as sickle cell anemia or systemic lupus erythematosus medicines such as blood thinners, including heparin (Calciparine, Liquaemin), warfarin (Coumadin), or aspirin-type medicines; penicillins; sulfa-containing drugs; cyclophosphamide (Cytoxan) a tumor in your urinary tract a prostate infection injury to any part of the urinary tract (for example, falling off a bike might bruise your kidney). This sounds like a Urinary tract infection to me. I have had one and I purchased tablets called Azo Standard from my local grocery. They have many different kinds. It worked great! It will make your pee very orange, almost red, but it is supposed to so dont worry. It also might make it smell a little. For me it took about three days and the problem was gone. So good luck and I really recommend Azo!
Yes, you can. If you try to hold your bladder...you will probably end up with a UTI (urinary tract infection) or a bladder infection. This is caused by not flushing out your bladder enough. If you do get a bladder infection make sure to drink lots of cranberry juice to make your urine more toxic. DO NOT DRINK POP OR TEA!
It could be a number of things a lil rough in bed might do it but if you expierence other symptoms leading in discomfort. Look up a UTI. ==Answer 2== You probably have the clap. Give the man a round of applause folks. I kill me...
There are several causes for painful urination. One of the most comman reasons for burning and blood in the urine is a bladder infection. This should be treated with an antibiotic. It can be avoided in the future by wearing cotton underwear, using non colored toilet tissue, and always cleaning yourself from the front towards the back to prevent feces from contaminating your urinary tract. Also drinking plenty of water, taking a dose of vitamin C daily, and not waiting to use the toilet to urinate, ( Do not hold it) will help prevent this in the future.

actually it is misconception among the females, that if they pee after intercourse then the chances of getting pregnant is far less. well beside that every single female does not pee after intercourse.
