It could be any number of things, like Paarvo or Distemper. Take your dog to the vet, regardless of the vaccinations it's had! No vaccination is one hundred percent effective, though they certainly do make a big difference in the rates of illness. Paarvo and Distemper are always fatal if not treated quickly.
Could have an intestinal parasite, or parvo-virus if it's throwing up too. You may want to try a bland diet for a while, like hamburger and rice, and get a better quality food. Ol' Roy from Walmart usually really bad for giving gas!
