It is not known for certain, as little is known about Pluto's atmosphere, but it seems doubtful, as this atmosphere is tenuous and apparently partially frozen.

Well, my friends, let's wait for the New Horizonsmission, which will flyby Pluto and their moons in 14th July 2015...

I bet we will be (again) much surprised with the gathering and transmission of all data from this extraordinary space mission!

Sometimes it has snowstorms from the ice and snow that is the covering. Then there are some wind storms.
