Lexapro can be taken any time of the day with or without food. This answer straight from the packet instructions.
You should take your next dose as soon as possible. If you have been on Lexapro for a long period of time then the withdrawl effects can be unpleasant, as in causeing anxiety and/or depression in a way worse than before. If you do not like lexapro you should notify your doctor and come off of it slowly.
No

Lexapro will take a minimum of 3 weeks to hit a therapeutic level in your body (told by doctor). It should not take a few months however i am not a doctor.
I have been for about 2 years
no you should not take it together as it is dangerous.
it is safe to be on all these medications at the same time; however, you should take your synthroid by itself, on an empty stomach, at least one hour before a meal to fully absorb it. the others are fine to take all at once. personally, i take my synthroid first thing in the mornng, mvi with breakfast, and lexapro at bedtime.
Lexapro (generic name = escitalopram) is primarily metabolized in the liver. Only secondarily is it excreted in the the urine. Individuals who have had kidney transplants are generally able to take medications such as Lexapro. Of course, the prescribing physician should be consulted first.
i know you can do lexapro and adderall at the same time since i am personal prescribed to both. I am not sure what lamictal is though. Just try to take the adderall in the morning and take the lexapro at night since they would work against each other and would cause more than needed stess on your liver.
