If you have strep throat then you want want to eat something warm . For example , rice , soup (that's not too hot a little on the cold side). For your beverages you want drink LOTS of Ginger Ale it will help the soreness go away faster. My technique is put a halls cough-drop in your mouth while drinking ginger ale.

Well it does not matter what you eat you just need to drink lots. Because right now I have strep and I had McDonald's and I feel better! So just some fun facts I been having strep since I was really little. In maybe a week it will cure. But if it is bad maybe a week in a half! Well just don't touch anything.
