This is a very difficult question to answer as Christianity is spread across the world. Most of North and South America, almost all of Europe, and much of Africa are Christian. So too is Australia and New Zealand, and, in Asia, much of Russia and parts of India.
However, as to where Christianity is growing rapidly, we have to look at the far East, especially South Korea (where there are single churches that number in the tens of thousands - for example the Yoido Full Gospel Church, Seoul, has a congregation of nearly nine hundred thousand!) and in China where, from around 5000 Christians in the 1960s, there are extimated now 100 million practising Christians across that country.
This is a very difficult question to answer as Christianity is spread right across the world. Most of North and South America, almost all of Europe, and much of Africa are not only designated 'official' Christian areas, but also contain a large proportion of the populations that are practising Christians as opposed to 'Christian' in name only. So too are Australia and New Zealand, and, in Asia, much of Russia and parts of India Christian, although in India there are many other religions as well, ingluding Hinduism, Sikkhism, some Islam and some Buddhism as well as ancient tribal religions.

Christianity is growing too in parts of South America and Africa, but some forms of Christianity - especially the traditional church - is in decline in parts of Europe, although the Evangelical wing of the Church is enjoying remarkable growth.
