However, at this point, he seems to be single.

I don't think Don Lemon is married. Tonight; November 6th., 2010, on his segment at CNN News, he said he was in a long term relationship. I think if he were married, he would have said so....instead he said, "As one in a long term relationship", speaking about sleeping alone vs with someone..
