I don't know...but I own a double barrel hammer gun made by a well known British gunmaker....Thomas Bland...they're still in business....the gun is marked...."MADE BY T BLAND & SONS FOR J O ROBSON BUFFALO NY" The gun was placed about 1870ish by a gundealer...not sure because the gun has no s/n. He thougt the gun was was being imported to feed the need for guns for market hunting...esp for waterfowl on Champlain....but i thought it had a lot of scroll work for a work gun. funny..he also thought that J O Robson was a Dept store...so did I until now..
