Her name was Igraine, the wife of Cornwall. She became pregnant with Arthur as a result of a deceit contrived between Uther Pendragon and Merlin. Arthur was conceived at the moment Cornwall was killed in battle some miles away.

Not sure he had a daughter, most sources say he had sons. I can't remember the sources, I think it's the Welsh chronicles (or something) says he had a son named Amir that he killed for unknown reasons. His other sons include Loholt, unknown who the mother is and who has little mention in any Arthurian Legends and Mordred. Mordred is the most famous as he kills Arthur and is King Arthur's son by his half sister Morgause or Morgan. Hope I helped.

He has daughters in several modern versions. Vera Chapman's "King Arthur's Daughter" comes to mind. There is also Debra A. Kemp's House of Pendragon series, told through the point of view of Lin, Arthur and Gwenhwyfar's daughter. Although Lin doesn't grow up in Camelot, instead she grows up in slavery, the property of Morgause and Modred.--Lin's aunt and her half-brother. The books so far are The Firebrand and The Recruit.

Historical medieval genealogies tend to focus on male lineages, often ignoring females unless there is a particular reason to include one or more of them. Genealogies of fictional/legendary characters are the same.

The is one late manuscript 13th century manuscript by a certain Bauduins Butors which contains four very different rough drafts of the beginnings of an Arthurian tale.

The first draft introduces the wife of King Constant and the mother of King Uther (Arthur's father) under the name of Ivoire (which is the French word for 'ivory'). Ivory bares to King Constant an elder son whom she named Moines ('Monk') for Ivoire wishes him to become a monk when he grew. Then Ivoire died in bearing two further twin sons named Pendragus and Utrius.

The names of father and sons correspond to those in other French romances, being distortions of earlier Latin forms:

Constant = Constantinus

Moines = Constantus (who was a monk)

Pendragus = Aurelius Ambrosius

Utrius = Uther

Ivoire is mentioned once in the second draft without being named as is not mentioned at all in the third and fourth drafts.

So much for Arthur's paternal grandmother.

Arthur's mother appears slightly differently named in different texts, for example, Ygerne, Igraine, or Eigyr in Welsh. These obviously derive from the same original name.

Only the Welsh texts name this woman's father, occasionally referring to Eigyr as a daughter of Amlawdd Wledig, a chieftain mentioned sometimes in other texts. Bonedd yr Arwyr, a medieval Welsh genealogical text, states in section 31, that Eigyr, mother of Arthur, was daughter of Amlawdd Wledig by Gwen daughter of Cunedda Wledig.
