It could means that you might have ate something with red food coloring or dye.
Alternatively, it can be a sign of hemorrhoids, or internal bleeding, stomach ulcer, cancer, etc. You need to see a doctor as soon as possible. You also need to note if the blood is dark or bright red.

∙ 13y agoNot when I pooped! But if you take a poop and it has blood in it, there can be several causes. Most of the time it is of no concern. If it is a rather large bowel movement, it can cause tearing of the anus, which can cause bleeding. If you have had any recent injuries to your abdominal area, there could be damage to your bowels, which can cause blood. If it doesn't clear up after a few times, then I would go to a doctor.
