No like what kind of question is that a dog cannot get a cold from a cat and a cat cannot get a cold from a dog

(wow there are some dumb people in this world that its unbelievable!!!!)

I am not sure who answered the above^, but, yes a cat can give a dog a cold and visa-versa. Obviously no research was done.

Often people that assume others are stupid for asking a question are the one's of lower intelligence. If you're so sure a dog can't catch a cold from a cat I'm curious where you got this information.

Yes, both cats and dogs can indeed develop Respiratory Infections ('flu), young kittens and puppies in particular. Both cats and dogs can become for any number of reasons, just like humans. However, cats are very good at hiding symptoms and sometimes the owner will only know something is wrong if the cat is so sick it can no longer hide the fact, so it is always a good idea to keep an eye on your pet.

No. Cats and dogs are usually not susceptible to the same diseases and sicknesses, one exception to this is rabies.
